Working in-house as a Graphic Designer at Urban Outfitters, I work across both digital and print, contributing to both day-to-day outputs and larger-scale creative projects. My design aesthetic aligns naturally with the brand, allowing me to seamlessly integrate and evolve its visual language across BAU web and email design, new store opening identities, PR event graphics, packaging and in-store material. My biggest achievement to date, is the rebrand of the membership rewards scheme. This project strengthened my ability to think both conceptually and commercially, delivering creative that is both on-brand, fresh and engaging.

Alongside my design work, I played an active role in supporting and mentoring the team. When Figma was introduced, I led the transition by teaching and upskilling colleagues, helping to streamline workflows and improve collaboration across the department. This experience reflects not only my versatility as a designer, but also my ability to lead, share knowledge, and contribute to a more efficient and forward-thinking creative environment.
